With your 2018-19 contribution, Senesh will be able to:
- Invest in hiring a middle school counselor and teacher training to increase focus on the social and emotional well-being of our students
- Raise additional funds for increased security
- Provide additional increases to annual teacher compensation to retain talent and remain competitive
- Expand professional development opportunities including a math coach, Teachers College Writer’s Workshop Seminars, Middlebury College’s Israeli Culture in the Hebrew Classroom, diversity and mindfulness teacher training
- Deepen community engagement programs including holiday celebrations, speakers, and social action initiatives
- Upgraded technology infrastructure and hardware
